Kathmandu University (KU) calls for application for admission in Undergraduate Programs in School of Science (SoS) and School of Engineering (SoE) for the academic year 2021/2022. Candidates are required to appear in the Kathmandu University Common Admission Test (KUCAT), in either PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), according to their choice of academic program. The Entrance Exam will be conducted in the mode of Computer Based Test (CBT). Admission offer list will be published on merit basis.
In order to be fully eligible for admission, candidates must have passed 10+2 level (or equivalent) with an additional requirement of minimum marks or grade in aggregate and individual subjects as specified for individual programs.

Students who have passed all courses of grade 11 and have appeared/applied for the final exams of grade 12 and are awaiting for Grade 12 results can also apply on a provisional basis.
Please note that, under present circumstances of COVID 19 pandemic, there may be changes in schedules, deadlines, mode of entrance and evaluation schemes. Changes will be timely notified through the University website and application portal.
