Dear Student, 

Please refer to your application submitted for Golden Jubilee Scholarship Scheme (GJSS) 2023-24 (22nd Batch) of Embassy of India, Kathmandu, through online portal. 

We are glad to inform you that you have been shortlisted for the Golden Jubilee Scholarship Scheme. In order to ensure your selection for this scholarship, you are required to visit the Embassy, in person, during the given time slot i.e. March 1, 4 or 5, 2024 (10:30am to 12:30pm & 3:00pm to 5:00pm) for physical verification of your documents. 

2. Following documents (submitted in Online Application Form) are required for the physical verification of documents:- 

1. Current Photo (Passport size) 

2. Citizenship Certificate of Student (Original + Notarized)

3. Class XII Mark Sheet (Original + Notarized) (No Internet Copy) 

4. Principal Letter (Original) 

5. Income Proof Certificate (Original) 

6. Physically Handicapped/Visually Handicapped Certificate (Original+Notarized) as applicable. 

7. College ID Card (in Original) and one set of notarized documents (mentioned above) 

Your name will not be considered for scholarship if the requisite documents are not made available by you in the given time slot. Please confirm your presence return mail.
