NOTICE FOR ALL COMPEX ASPIRANTS – 2025

All COMPEX aspirants for the year 2025 are hereby informed that they must submit their marksheet to the Embassy of India, Kathmandu within three (3) days of publication of the result.

Instructions to Follow:

  1. Download the Marksheet:

  2. Conversion of Marksheet:

    • Get your gradesheet converted into a percentage format marksheet from your college.

    • Use the conversion format provided in this link: (https://tinyurl.com/nhe2ydcj)

    • If your college does not permit conversion, request them to stamp the internet-downloaded gradesheet with the official college seal.

  3. Submission Process:

    • Scan the converted/stamped marksheet and email it to:

    • The email must include the following details:

      • Full Name

      • Email ID

      • Contact Number

      • Father’s Name

      • Date of Birth

      • COMPEX Reference Number

    • You may also submit the marksheet physically by placing it in an envelope with the above details written clearly on the envelope.

  4. Deadline:

    • Submission must be completed within three (3) days of result publication.

    • Failure to comply within the deadline may lead to cancellation of your application.
