  1. Indonesian Language Proficiency Certificate (minimum level A1)
  2. English Proficiency Certificate
  3. Academic Certificate and Transcript — must be attested by the Ministry of Education AND the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal
  4. All documents must be provided in English
  5. Letter of Recommendation (LoR) from the Indonesian Embassy (free of charge)
