Here, I have collected the sample of the document that is required to apply for Compex Scholarship 2026. Before applying for the scholarship, make sure that your document matches as specified in this page, else your documents may be rejected.

There are 5 documents that you have to Upload while filling the form:
a) Passport Size Photograph
b) Signature
c) English translated Citizenship Certificate.
d) Class 10 certificate
e) Class 12 Certificate

a) Photograph must be recent passport size colour picture on light background (not older than 03 weeks)
b) The photograph should be taken while looking straight at the camera with a relaxed face. 
c) The size of the scanned image of the photograph should be of 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5cm(height) of minimum 100 KB and maximum 200 KB size in JPG/JPEG format only.

a) The applicant has to sign on a white paper with Black/Blue ink pen. 
b) The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person. 
c) Please scan the signature area only and not the entire page. 
d) Size of the scanned image file of the signature should be of minimum 80 KB and maximum of 150 KB size in JPG/JPEG format only.

[ English Translated Citizenship Certificate ]


Even if the Citizenship is available in english you have to do English translation by Notry Public office. If you have any problem in translation, feel free to contact me (whats app only: 9828842320).

Convert the gradesheet to marksheet from you college/school, you can use this sample for both class 10 & Class 12 marksheet conversion.

Scanned 10th & 12th Mark-sheet certificate should be of minimum 100 KB and maximum of 1000 KB in JPG/JPEG/PDF format only.

form is clearly indicated against each subject of class XII. The class XII marks given in

Examination Board.
